Wedding Cakes

 At Blackbird Bakery we have had the honor and joy of being a part of hundreds of weddings and yet the beauty never fades. Whether we are using a a custom design of ours or helping you realize your own vision, our purpose is to create a cake whose distinctive look is surpassed only by its exquisite flavors. As with all of our goods our cakes are made fresh, from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. We use 84% Belgian chocolate, butter and sustainably grown/locally sourced Shepherd’s Grains flour. We use island grown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Absolutely no premade products, GMO or transfats.

We also offer cupcakes, groom’s cakes and dessert buffets for weddings.
